The opportunity: Supply Chain Officer

In this role, you will be responsible for global supply management on a day-to-day basis; maintaining system integrity and overseeing operations, dispatch, ordering, warehousing, and on-time delivery in compliance with GDP and GMP. Occasionally, you will support discussions with clients (BioPharma companies) and logistics service providers. You will work together with another Supply Chain colleague and report into our Sr. Supply Chain Manager.

Another exciting project that we are working on is replacing our current order management system and product database. In your role, you will support the implementation of this important project to improve and scale-up myTomorrows’ business.


We expect you to champion new initiatives and optimize current supply processes, closely working together with Medical Affairs, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Program Management.


What you will be doing in this role:

  • Take ownership of the ordering process and carry out activities, starting from order receipt until the delivery to the customer. Troubleshoot problems in the supply chain procedures and takes responsibility of the on-time delivery of the product at the customer
  • Responsible for selection of shipment configurations, means of control for each shipment route
  • Manage and maintain product and order databases
  • Accurate stock control for different regions and (re)ordering products, considering market forecasts, shelf life of the product and legal requirements
  • Ensure supply chain procedures are effectively executed and in line with GDP and GMP
  • Oversee and manage logistics service providers performing activities on behalf of myTomorrows
  • Responsible for selection and qualification of (new) Logistic Service Providers, together with the Quality team
  • Investigate and propose strategy for further global expansion
  • Maintain internal country intelligence on import requirements and ensure compliance
  • Participate in (internal) audits and inspections
  • Support the implementation and progress of the new order management system

Job requirements

  • Have +2 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain
  • Are self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is continuous
  • Embody a patient-centric approach, proactive accountability, and considerate collaboration.
  • Work efficiently but precisely with a keen eye for detail.
  • Act proactively with the ability to anticipate the next steps.
  • Can work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have strong relationship-building skills.
  • Hold excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
