We are looking for an ambitious product manager with excellent communication skills, who’s able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results. You need to have a strong background in product management in a tech environment, with experience in developing and launching new products and features. This role offers significant opportunities to deliver a large impact on strategic priorities for myTomorrows and it’s mission.

Given that most of our team is located in the Netherlands, we only consider candidates for this position who live within commuting distance to our office in Amsterdam.

What you'll do in this role

    • Ensuring a deep comprehension of myTomorrows strategic position and competitive landscape, resulting in the delivery of products that align with our mission and stand as industry benchmarks.
    • Navigating an ever-evolving, dynamic environment where fluid processes and creative problem-solving are the norm, while striving to maximize operational efficiency.
    • Leveraging data, research, and market analysis to enrich product strategies and roadmaps with valuable insights.
    • Taking the lead in generating innovative concepts, overseeing technical development, and orchestrating successful launches of cutting-edge tools, platforms, and products.
    • Driving product development alongside exceptional teams of engineers and designers.
    • Collaborating closely with cross-functional units to shape product vision, define requirements, coordinate resources from various disciplines (e.g., design, commercial, legal), and navigate key project milestones.
    • Collaborate with the designers, engineers and product analysts to integrate usability studies, research findings, and market analysis into new product features.
    • Defining and analyzing metrics that provide insights into product success, with a sharp focus on identifying and monitoring key performance indicators.

Job requirements

This is the right opportunity for you if you have:

    • 5+ years product management experience. Ideally preceded with experience as a Product Owner
    • Strong analytical skills to identify business problems, evaluate options, and make recommendations based on data and information.
    • Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
    • A commercial mindset and an understanding of business objectives and priorities
    • A proactive attitude and maximize opportunities whilst working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
    • Effective problem-solving skills, to identify and address challenges and issues that arise.
    • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
    • Experience in the Pharma or Digital Health industry is preferred.
    • Excellent English communication skills

myTomorrows is a platform that helps patients and physicians discover and access treatments in development. We conduct a comprehensive search of databases worldwide and then provide patients and physicians with a personalized Treatment Search Report listing possible treatment options, such as clinical trials and expanded access programs. When patients and physicians decide to pursue one of these options, we may be able to facilitate access for them. We have helped more than 10.000 patients and 1.000 physicians in over 80 countries and are on a rapid growth trajectory.
