The opportunity: Patient Navigator

As a Patient Navigator, you are the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, and Healthcare Professionals who contact myTomorrows with specific questions. Our communication is intended to be highly informative and educational regarding pre-approval treatment options, such as Clinical Trials and Expanded Access Programs. The role is one that requires energy and empathy in discussing these treatment options with patients and guiding them through the process of accessing the chosen option. 


We are looking for a person with a healthcare background who lives and wants to work from India or Thailand. You can support us in responding to requests and questions from patients with regards to identifying pre-approval options. You will join our Patient Navigation team (part of the Operations team) and will be working closely together with other departments when needed. 


What you'll do in this role:

  • Communicate with patients and caregivers via phone and email as a response to requests for pre-approval treatment access.

  • Capture medical data in our internal platform.

  • Search global trial databases using our AI tool to identify relevant pre-approval options for patients.

  • Pre-screen patients for specific clinical trials.

  • Engage with patients to expand our Medical Community and create awareness about the myTomorrows platform.

  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities in our daily operations.

Job requirements

What you bring to the table:

  • A background in healthcare, preferably previous work experience with patient care in a clinical setting.

  • Knowledge of clinical trials and/or expanded access programs.

  • Literacy in Microsoft Office and web-based media and openness to technological innovation.

  • Understanding and empathetic when working with patients.

  • Ability to prioritize different commitments while maintaining high quality of work.

  • Proactivity and ability to work unsupervised.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French or other world languages are a plus.

  • Attention to detail and ability to record information and clinical data accurately.

  • Ability to build relationships of trust and manage confidential information and data appropriately.

  • A team player that thrives in a multicultural, diverse environment.
