The Opportunity: Growth Marketer

As a Growth Marketer at myTomorrows, you drive demand generation and enhance the experience for a diverse group of target audiences, including patients, healthcare professionals, and biopharma companies. In this role, you’ll develop and execute data-driven strategies across paid, organic, and email channels to attract, engage, and retain customers. You’ll be part of a passionate and talented team, shaping impactful digital initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally to boost customer acquisition, optimize conversion rates, and drive revenue.


Given that most of our team is located in the Netherlands, we only consider candidates for this position who live within commuting distance to our office in Amsterdam.


What you will be doing in this role:

  • Manage B2C and B2B paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, overseeing everything from creation to analysis.
  • Craft high-converting, multilingual landing pages and drive continuous improvements through targeted CRO experiments.
  • Implement ABM strategies and CRM workflows with RevOps, maximizing pipeline efficiency and conversions.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and nurturing sequences.
  • Drive SEO efforts through keyword research and content enhancements to boost search rankings and user engagement.
  • Create and oversee performance reports for Paid Search, Social Media, Web Analytics, and Email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and participate in client QBRs to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.

Job requirements

What you bring to the table

  • 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising, CRO, and SEO.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in AI/LLM-assisted workflows for essential tasks like copywriting, keyword research, and CRO.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration within a cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • Background in the medical or healthcare sector (preferred but not required).
