  • Process biweekly payment runs with precision and promptness, ensuring suppliers are always paid on time.

  • Create, send, and follow up on invoices, maintaining effective credit collection and strong client relationships.

  • Perform meticulous daily bank reconciliations to keep financial records consistently up-to-date and accurate.

  • Review and manage all out-of-pocket, travel, and credit card expenses in Navan, ensuring every cost is properly accounted for.

  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to record payroll changes and partner with payroll providers for accurate, timely payments.

  • Update and maintain pension details for new joiners and leavers, ensuring seamless benefit management.

  • Assist with monthly close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, to ensure precise and reliable financial reporting.

  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, offering key insights to inform decision-making.

  • Support year-end audits, assist with annual tax returns, and ensure timely VAT submissions.

  • Maintain and update the fixed asset register to properly track and manage the company’s investments.
