The opportunity: Documentation Officer

Our Expanded Access Operations department defines, develops, and delivers Expanded Access Programs, ensuring the highest-quality review of data and effective interaction with physicians, patients, and BioPharma companies.

As a Documentation Officer, you will provide technical and general administrative support to this department and ensure that tasks are carried out in a timely manner, which is especially important for the patients waiting for treatment. While performing daily tasks, you will be able to learn about the activities in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance, and Supply Chain teams and potentially grow in one of these directions.

You will report to the Director of Expanded Access Operations (Daniele says hi!).

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Collecting, reviewing and approving documents and dossiers in support of the supply of unregistered medicines to patients in need (including Health Authority approvals, medical records, medical licenses, order forms etc.)
  • Ensuring complete and accurate maintenance of the documentation system, both in electronic and paper-based versions of medical documents (printing, scanning, filing/archiving etc.)
  • Working with various systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics. Order Management System, EDC etc.
  • Working strictly in line with myTomorrows’s procedures and applicable guidelines (e.g., Good Documentation Practices)
  • Requesting information/documentation from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing support in auditing internal archive and processes
  • Undertaking various tasks in support of the Expanded Access Operations activities
