The opportunity: Director of Medical Community

As Director of Medical Community at myTomorrows, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the medical community. myTomorrows is a healthcare technology company focused on providing access to innovative treatments and therapies for patients. The medical community team has the crucial responsibility of growing and nurturing our key user base of medical professionals. The team employs clever acquisition, conversion and retention tactics to realize widespread adoption of our platform, leading to improved patient access to innovative treatments and therapies.


Key Focus Areas

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Managing and leading a team of Medical Community managers: This includes recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members, as well as setting goals, performance management, providing guidance and mentorship to the team.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, researchers, pharmacists, patient advocates, and other key stakeholders in the medical community. Establish yourself as a trusted point of contact for medical-related inquiries and collaboration opportunities.
  • Acquisition and retention: Actively engage with healthcare professionals through various channels to acquire, nurture and grow a medical community within different focus areas. When onboarded and activated, drive retention.
  • Education and Training: Develop and deliver educational initiatives and training programs targeted towards healthcare professionals. Provide resources, training materials, and presentations to support their understanding of the myTomorrows platform.
  • Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Establish yourself and myTomorrows as thought leaders in the medical community. Stay updated with the latest advancements in healthcare, clinical trials, and regulatory landscape. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and industry organizations to raise awareness and promote policies that support improved patient access to clinical trials & Expanded Access Programs.
  • Strategize Medical Community Events: Create and strategize Medical Community Events throughout the year with the team. Organize and coordinate medical conferences, symposiums, webinars, and other events to facilitate networking and knowledge sharing among healthcare professionals. Represent myTomorrows at industry conferences and events to enhance visibility and establish relationships.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up to date with relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards in the healthcare industry. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all interactions and communications with healthcare professionals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including medical affairs, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to align strategies and ensure a consistent message across all interactions with the medical community.

Job requirements

What you bring to the table:

  • Medical or healthcare-related degrees (e.g., MD, PharmD) are highly preferred.
  • Experience with leading a team and setting a bar for high performance.
  • Relevant experience in acquiring and nurturing a community of healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical trials, patient access programs, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in medical education, medical affairs, or healthcare professional engagement roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and social media channels for engaging with healthcare professionals and fostering online communities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate events and educational initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of compliance and ethical considerations in medical community engagement.
  • Passion for improving patient access to innovative treatments and therapies.


As the Director of Medical Community at myTomorrows, you will contribute to building a strong network of healthcare professionals, fostering collaboration, and advocating for improved patient access to innovative treatments.
